Advertising appeared on Midtoon.com for the first time. As of right now, ads in the website have netted an awesome .7 cents. Hopefully the future will add some more. Money collected through advertising will be reinvested in an advertising campaign to increase readership.

Poll # 8 closed today, as Midtoon completes its full second month!

 The question was, What does the New Guy do on his time off?

The New guy should be seen working on his video game soon. In the meantime, since three projects were tied for second position, he may work on any of those as time and resources permit.

Poll # 7 closed today. The question was, What can be done to help the Economy of Midtoon. There were 10 options, but only 5 are mentioned because the others received no votes. The Mayor of Midtoon is under a huge load of stress because of the following results:

The Mayor is promising to do all within his power to Invest in Infrastructure and create jobs. The call for Millionaires is already HERE, and Taxes are so low already that it will be very hard to lower them.

It is unclear if the Mayor will be able to survive until next election or if the people of Midtoon will decide to recall him.

Poll # 6 closed today. The question was, What Three secret Projects will Viotex Corporation be working on 2009? These are the results of this poll.

The three projects will be The development of a performance-Enhancement Drink, The cloning of extinct Animals and the Development of an Artificial Natural Flavor.

It is unclear if the company will be able to change plans later and add any of the unfunded projects. If there was a fourth project to be funded (if the economy improves and additional funds become available) it will be the Hair Growth formula, since it came in fourth place.

By overwhelming Majority, Javier has been chosen as the next Character to follow.

It is interesting to note that Erik, even though is the main character (and put out a message complaining about the votes) did not get any votes at all.

 Midtoon.com reaches a month! The fourth poll Closed today. The question was what is the political affiliation of the Mayor of MIdtoon? This are the results, based on the election of 2006.

By a wide margin, the mayor of Midtoon is a Republican. This promises to be interesting, since most of the state went Democrat in 2008 and the Mayor runs for re-election on 2010.

It is worth mentioning that the electoral turnout was less than expected.
